Phase V Fertilizing/ Pruning: The 5 Phases of Healing and Growing

The MAINTAINCE phase. These are action-based things like therapy, counseling, gardening, journal work, meditating, reciting affirmations, yoga, painting, smudging, rollerblading, dancing, baking, socializing... RESTING. Literally, any and all things positive that contribute to your MENTAL WELLNESS and FINALLY caring for you in all ways. WARNING! Don't be alarmed that if during this phase you don't stay in a consistent state of "bliss". You are allowed to be happy one minute, then sad, then frustrated, then laughing at a meme on social media all within a 30-minute timespan. Each experience we encounter creates a new emotion within our being. It is okay to feel and express all your emotions, not just anger. Trees sway with the wind, but are still rooted and most importantly R E S I L I E N T. You are planted, you are healing, and you are growing.
